How long do Scent Nation candles burn?

Our Medium candles (225g) burn for approximately 40+ hours. Our Large candles (285g) burn for approximately 50+ hours. To get the full burn time, burn your candle for 3–4 hours on the first use to allow the wax to melt evenly to the edges of the jar — this prevents tunnelling. Your candle arrives with the wick pre-trimmed and ready to light.

Can I send a candle directly to the gift recipient?

Absolutely. At checkout, simply enter the recipient's address as the delivery address. Your candle ships in our standard premium black reusable tube box, gift-ready — no additional wrapping needed. Want to make an even bigger impression? Upgrade to our Hermès-style luxury gift box at checkout. You can include a personal message that we add to the parcel. No pricing information is included, making it perfect to send straight to the lucky person.

What if my order arrives damaged or I made an error in personalisation?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund — no questions asked. For personalisation errors made by us, we will always fix it at no cost. If you made a typo in your own personalisation, contact us immediately after ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before production begins. Personalised items cannot be returned for change of mind, so please check your spelling carefully at checkout.

The package arrived carefully and lovingly individually wrapped and you can tell their sincerity went into making each and every one. Admittedly though, I do wish the label didnt jar so much from their overall elegance.

As a background, I stumbled upon their luxury mosquito candles after asking chatgpt surely there are candles that are not citronella that I would enjoy with my windows open in the evenings. This was the singular top recommendation and I have no regrets. I love subtle scent of coconut lime, although it does make my mouth water a little with the sweet scent. The candle lighter is quite nifty and an absolute game changer, no more frustrated broken matches!

Ok so I decided to get the iron maiden candle because of the concert my brother and I recently went to. Put the order in, realised within an hour I messed up some of the really important details. Mini meltdown. Not only can you interact with a human you can text them. Best customer service I think I've ever had. Fixed everything up, sent me a photo and video of the finished candle as it was going interstate and I wouldn't see it for a very long time. I loved it, my brother loves it, he wants body wash in the same scent as the candle. Turns out they do body wash too. Another stoked customer very soon.
