How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours (2–4 business days from Black Friday to Christmas). Standard metro delivery is typically 2–8 business days; Express is typically 1–4 business days once shipped.

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping is $12.99 and Express is $19.99 within Australia. Orders of $120 or more ship free.

Is engraving free?

It’s FREE when you add a lid to a Large 285g candle — the lid is $3 and the engraving costs nothing. Every Medium comes with a lid; engraving it is $10. The plain Large comes without a lid.

What are your candles made of?

100% soy wax — vegan, with no paraffin. We don’t use essential oils in our fragrances.

Can I add a gift message and packaging?

Yes. Add luxury gift packaging (premium gift box, twilly and long matches) for $14.99 — it includes a complimentary message card with your words.

Can I return a personalised candle?

Because every candle is made to order, we can’t accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos and we’ll make it right. See our refund policy for details.

Are your candles safe around pets?

We don’t use essential oils in our fragrances, but any open flame needs care around pets: burn within sight and out of reach of paws and tails. Ventilate the room; birds are especially sensitive.
