Every candle is hand-poured to order in Port Stephens, NSW, and dispatched within 24–48 hours (2–5 business days from Black Friday to Christmas). Delivery is separate: standard post usually takes 2–8 business days and Express 1–4 business days once shipped.

Can I burn Scent Nation candles around pets?
We don’t use essential oils in our fragrances, but any open flame needs care around pets: burn within sight and out of reach of paws and tails. Ventilate the room; birds are especially sensitive.
What candle safety precautions should I take in my home?
To burn your candle safely, always light it in a well-ventilated area with adequate airflow. Ensure the candle is placed on a heat-resistant, stable surface situated high enough in the room so that children, pets, or sweeping paws cannot reach or knock it over. Always trim the cotton wick to 5mm before lighting.
