Our candles are hand-crafted using only 100% natural sustainable soy wax and premium fragrance oils with no additives ( No Paraffin, No Palm Oil, No artificial colouring) giving you a clean burning and pet-safe candle. Your candle is housed in a UV-resistant amber jar accompanied by a cotton wick and black lid to retain the fragrance throw between uses.

Hooray, a brand new candle!
There's nothing quite like the feeling of lighting it up for the
very first time.
However, it's important to perform the first burn correctly to ensure the optimal performance of your candle.
To do this, allow the wax to melt to the edge of the jar, creating an even melt pool before snuffing the flame. This typically takes about 3-4 hours to achieve a full melt pool.
We recommend burning your candle for 3-4 hours but never longer than 4 hours during its
first use to release its wonderful fragrance's full potential and create the optimal candle memory for your next burn. This will also prevent the candle
from tunnelling.
When your candle arrives, the wick will already be pre-trimmed by us. However, it's important to
continue trimming the wick in between uses to maintain a healthy flame and even burn.
If the wick is too long, you may notice that it begins to mushroom, which is completely normal but can cause the candle to burn faster. This is caused by
excess carbon build-up, so it's best to keep the wick trimmed to approximately 5mm to 7mm.
If you notice the flame getting bigger, extinguish the flame, trim the wick, and relight the candle. This will keep the life of the candle longer at the same time keeping safe all the time.

Shipping & delivery:
All standard Australian metro shipping services are typically delivered within 2-8 business days. This may change depending on your state & region.
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout via our integration with "shippit". Our integration automatically scans all major carriers and finds the cheapest shipping rates. We ship all Australian Metro orders with Aus Post for regional/rural deliveries.
Tracking/ Delivery:
To ensure you receive tracking information for your order, please provide your email and/or contact number during the checkout process and a tracking number for your order will be sent to you at the time of purchase.
At the time of placing an order please ensure you understand that our delivery partners typically deliver between business hours as do all major Australian delivery services. Please provide an address that is accessible for a driver to leave your package in a safe place. If the address provided is a locked building please ensure someone is available to accept the package or provide specific instructions.
Delivery days & times are out of our control. Once we ship your parcel the delivery service will determine the day and time of delivery, any changes to their schedule are out of our control.
All deliveries by default are ATL (Authority to leave) if you have special instructions please let us know in your order notes.
We recommend you complete the delivery instructions section at checkout to note any possible instructions for the courier on your day of delivery. We do not recommend our candles be left out in direct heat or sunlight as the wax may melt.

Delivery issues:
We do our best to help solve delivery issues where possible. In the event that a courier attempts delivery and cannot; a card is usually left with instructions for re-delivery. It is up to the customer to organise redelivery/ change of address etc.
You can get help by visiting your tracking page sent at the time of shipment. There is an option at the bottom of the page "Get delivery help". Simply follow the prompts for the best option for your situation.
You may incur an additional shipping cost if you request a change of address once a delivery has been attempted.
Refunds/Damages

We do not accept refunds or exchanges for issues surrounding incorrect addresses/change of mind/ unable to collect.
If a delivery has been attempted you can request a re-delivery. If a re-delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully you may incur an additional shipping fee to have the item re-routed to a new address or returned to us.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped with EMS. International orders are dispatched typically within 2 business days.
Delivery may take between 6-15 business days depending on your country and location. You may be required to pay duties and/or taxes on your shipment, customs policies vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office.
